  • Cash, Credit Cards, Debit Cards

**Suitcases has to be wrapped in the bubble wrap and placed into the double-layered box, as suitcases are not suitable for road transportation.

Proof of purchase has to be supplied to receive compensation.

CLAIM PROCEDURE:

  • Standard insurance may be up to 300 Euros per parcel for free, depends on service bought. To receive full compensation, commercial receipts/documents which prove the value of belongings has to be supplied. If the parcel was damaged, in addition, photos of damaged belongings has to be supplied. If the customer does not have receipts/invoices/documents to prove the value of the parcel, claim procedure will not be started. Commercial receipts/invoices and documents has to be supplied in 28 days, if not Smartway Europe Limited will not accept any complaints or claims.
  • The claim can be rejected if the parcel was packed insufficiently. Parcel have to be packed properly based on the strength of goods.
  • Claims can be rejected if parcel was not packed into the box, which would be considered as insufficiently in packing.
  • Claim procedure can last up to 30 working days to finish, after claim was submitted.
