I never ever recieved my parcel. It is also not with my neighbours. All day I was at home and nobody rang the bell! Did you employe scanned the barcode by accident and is it still in his car?

La spedizione è andata bene. 1 stella si riferisce al servizio assistenza clienti.
Appena pagato per la spedizione e scaricato l'etichette avevo notato che avevo dimenticato di metter il numero civico, dopo 5 minuti di orologio dal pagamento.
Non avevo pagato la spedizione flessibile che ti da la possibilità di spostare la data della spedizione se necessario.
Secondo l'assistenza clienti per aggiornare l'indirizzo ( aggiungere il numero civico, perché l'indirizzo era corretto) dovevo cancellare la spedizione che includeva 4 pacchi, pagare 6 euro a pacco, così aggiornate ufficialmente l'etichette e rifare la spedizione.
Io credo che dovevo pagare i 6 euro a pacco se volevo cambiare il giorno della spedizione o cambiare verso un altro indirizzo ma per il numero civico, anche no!
Alla fine non ho fatto come consigliato, non ho pagato i 24 euro e scritto a mano su ogni pacco l'indirizzo completo.
Ha funzionato.
Molto male EcoParcel anche perché credo che all'assistenza clienti ci fosse AI perché se c'era un essere umano ancora peggio! Non so se userò più questo servizio. Arrivederci
