Good afternoon,
Lead time from Italy to Denmark advertised 3-5 business days, it took 4 days to deliver yours.
The package was delivered a week after it was shipped. I contacted customer service because the package weighed more than I had indicated when I shipped it. I was kept informed of the package's every move. I am satisfied with ecoparcel's services and recommend them.
