We’d like to let you know that some delivery delays are currently being experienced in Ireland due to Storm Chandra. The severe weather has affected certain areas of the country and may impact parcel deliveries.

Please rest assured that we’re doing everything we can to minimise disruption and get deliveries back on track as quickly as possible.

We currently experiencing temporal outage with one of our delivery partners in Spain. All orders marked as "Rejected" will be resolved and labels created as soon as the issue is fixed on our partners side.

Severe weather across Northern and Eastern Europe is currently impacting deliveries to mainland Europe.

The French authorities have enforced motorway driving bans until 20:00 today, alongside significant congestion at the Channel Tunnel. In addition, hazardous road conditions across multiple European regions are causing further delays.

As a result, please expect 24-hour delays on all European deliveries for the remainder of the week, with the potential for delays of up to 48 hours as backlogs are cleared.
