It arrived on time, great product. There were days without any tracking information other than it’s on its way

The quiet stretches in the tracking are a fair criticism. A parcel updates when its label is scanned at a depot, so on a longer route there can be a real gap between scans even while the parcel is moving normally. We know that is not reassuring to watch, and making those gaps less opaque is something we are working on.
We hope to ship for you again soon.

Unkompliziert, alles geklappt, nur etwas wenig Informationen zum Status. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert und ich habe mein Paket erfolgreich erhalten. Ich wollte ein Paket aus Italien per Kurier abholen lassen und die meisten Anbieter benötigten noch eine zusätzliche Nummer, was hier nicht der Fall war, das war praktisch. Das Einzige was etwas verunsichernd war, dass die Kommunikation recht spärlich war und Änderungen im Status gefühlt nur einmal am Tag aktualisiert wurden. Das hat mich etwas nervös gemacht. Das Paket wurde an GLS weitergeben und auch dort war die Sendungsverfolgungsinformation spärlich. Aber es hat wie gesagt alles einwandfrei geklappt und ich würde das wieder so machen.

Es freut uns, dass die Abholung in Italien ohne zusätzliche Nummer funktioniert hat und am Ende alles einwandfrei geklappt hat.
Ihre Kritik an der spärlichen Kommunikation ist berechtigt. Ein Paket wird dann aktualisiert, wenn sein Label im Depot gescannt wird, weshalb auf längeren Strecken echte Lücken zwischen den Statusmeldungen entstehen können, auch wenn unterwegs alles normal läuft. Dass das verunsichert, verstehen wir gut, und wir arbeiten daran, diese Phasen transparenter zu machen.
