Problems scheduling the shipment. I am not sure if this review should be for Ecoparcel or GLS. The packages were handled by GLS in the last part and I didn't get any email about the shipment. They were just delivered in the hall of my building with no previous notification. I don't know who should be take care of thay part, but I was not totally satisfied with the service. In general it was quite quick and not so expensive.

Thank you, Agnese, and the question of who is responsible is a fair one. The answer is us: we booked the shipment, so the whole journey is our responsibility, including the final delivery.
We checked the order. All four parcels were delivered, two on 14 September and two on 16 September. Delivery notifications on the final leg are sent by the local delivery partner using the contact details on the booking, so if no email reached you, it is worth checking that the recipient email and phone number were entered correctly. Leaving parcels in a building hall without any notice is not what we expect, and we will raise it with the delivery partner.

Reliable service. I have been using Eco Parcel for a few years and I am generally happy with their service. I find that the convenience of the home pick-up is worth paying a bit more and they have always been reliable with that.
