Fuel Surcharge Update as EU Diesel Prices Spike
Diesel prices across the EU have climbed sharply since mid-August, driven by the conflict in the Middle East and tight refinery supply. The EU average pump price is up about 6% in four weeks and roughly 25% since June, with record highs in Germany and Italy this week.
Our fuel surcharge follows these prices. It is set per collection country from the official EU Weekly Oil Bulletin and covers only a share of the rise above each country's baseline. Rates were updated on 17 September and currently range from 3.61% in Ireland to 12.27% in Bulgaria.
The surcharge comes down automatically as diesel prices fall. You can see the current rate for every country on our Fuel Surcharge page.
