This concerns the same destination address, to which I have previously shipped with other carriers without ever experiencing any issues. The address in question is easily accessible, correctly identified, and can be quickly located on Google Maps. Therefore, this situation is both surprising and concerning. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take the necessary measures to ensure that this does not happen again.

Prices are good for starting your ecommerce business and if you don't have a huge volume of parcels. User friendly interface, straight forward instructions and process. It is easy to send the customer a shipment tracking link by providing them the Eco Parcel Order ID and zip code.
