I wanted to update the email address assigned to my profile, i.e. the email that I use as my login. I was not able to do it myself, this option is blocked. I reached out to Help desk. Vincent advised that the email address update it not possible. According to him, the only solution is to close the account and open a new one with the new email. This is hard to believe in this day and age, that the option to update is not there. If I open a new account, I will lose my address book, order history and invoices.
