On two consecutive occasions, the carrier GLS-DE, operating through the Ecoparcel platform, delivered the shipment to the wrong address. This concerns the same destination address, to which I have previously shipped with other carriers without ever experiencing any issues. The address in question is easily accessible, correctly identified, and can be quickly located on Google Maps. Therefore, this situation is both surprising and concerning. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take the necessary measures to ensure that this does not happen again.
