The parcel was collected on 11 Mar 2026 at 13:47 and delivered on 18 Mar 2026 at 14:50.
Email notifications are sent to both the shipper and the consignee using the provided email addresses. As you are the shipper, you will only receive updates related to the collection, while delivery notifications are sent to the consignee. You can view all updates by clicking on "Tracking".
Invoices are issued monthly, as indicated in the "My Invoices" section: https://www.ecoparcel.eu/en/my/invoices/
I can confirm that the invoice is available there, along with a note stating that it will be generated on the 7th.
