This was an AMAZING experience! Pick up happened the day it was supposed to early in the morning, so we did not have to wait all day for this to happen! The shipment was the fastest one from Austria to Greece ever! 8 days!!! This is FANTASTIC! THANK YOU!!!!!!.

One week delay in the delivery, mostly due to problems with the partner provider. Once contacted, Ecoparcel's customer service intervened and the package was delivered shortly after.
