Hello The shipment was damaged upon arrival and clearly showed signs of very rough handling during transport. If GLS is not able to handle packages of this size properly, I do not believe they should offer this type of service. It is not acceptable for a shipment to arrive in this condition, and I expect this matter to be taken seriously and investigated internally. We have pictures to send you Have a nice day😎
