Everything was fine at first. The customer support is great, but I did encounter one unexpected issue. When I first placed an order, it got cancelled without notice. I only found out about this later. But when I wanted to create the same order, it said that the same option is unavailable and only more expensive option is available. However, after placing the more expensive order, the item got delivered successfully. Thank you

Hello
The shipment was damaged upon arrival and clearly showed signs of very rough handling during transport.
If GLS is not able to handle packages of this size properly, I do not believe they should offer this type of service.
It is not acceptable for a shipment to arrive in this condition, and I expect this matter to be taken seriously and investigated internally.
