Flawless process and quick delivery
I have not received my parcel, there has been little follow up to where my parcel is and I cannot contact Ecoparcel for any further questions. I have been waiting to hear back since the 16th of December 2019. I am very disappointed in the level of customer service delivered and my oarcel being said to be delivered but it isn't.

Good afternoon Minaz, we are very sorry to hear that. The said parcel was delivered to an addresses provided, which is an office buildings mailing room. As it's a signed delivery, it was, indeed, signed by the employee of your workplace. I can see from the history that we have provided the name and a signature via private message to you. Unfortunately, we cannot help further if the parcel was misplaced in the office buildings mailroom after delivery was completed to specified address. We will issue a full refund of transportation costs, as we do understand it's not your mistake.

All great with the page and the system. However, there was no one at home when the parcel was delivered and it was just left outside at the door, which is quite unsafe because anyone could have just taken the parcel. That was quite disappointing!
