Really bad service at Xmas time! Company text me to expect my parcel 23rd December and I didn't get it until 30th December.They made me stay at home waiting for parcel for days???

I don't know how to respond and not to swear. This is a disaster. I already sent an email to Larry and of course -no answer. Parcel was picked up on December 10 and delivered on December 27-th -after Christmas. This is my first and last time I'm using your services. I'm hard worker and I'm expecting good service for my money. I know this mail won't touch you at all but at least I feel better
It took 11 days to deliver, even if if they said 5-7 days. Support during the process has been nonexistent
