I put indications about the side that had to be jept on top but bo one really respected it... I saw that in the truck the package was put upside down and they delivered to me upside down
I've sent 2 packages with this page. The first went very well, but the second took about a week longer than expected. The package is in good conditions.

My packages arrived with two boxes looking like they had gone through a war zone with a heavy silver candlestick bent in a way that could only have happened if someone dropped it a great distance onto something metal or taken a crowbar to it along with a VERY well-packed bowl that was broken. It was very disappointing. Worse, I am not getting a response from my email to your office.
