Good afternoon,
As the consignee was unavailable, the parcel was delivered to a nearby Parcelshop. An SMS notification with instructions on how to collect the parcel has been sent to the consignee's phone number.
The same information is available on the tracking page.
Ich hätte eine Verwechslung bei der Lieferadresse. Die Nachverfolgung hat immer super funktioniert und auch der Kontakt zum Spediteur wurde schnell hergestellt. Bin echt froh, dass trotz meines Fehlers alles funktioniert hat
