I have used Ecoparcel 5 times now (in total 10 parcels of 15kgs) I never had any problems I have seen all the negative reviews and people want 5 star service and pay like for 1 star. For me Ecoparcel was perfect and I will use it whenever I need it

Worst Experience that I had with a product delivery in my life. Don't trust the reviews. If the package is delivered, it's only because the services work. If something gets stuck, then you can say goodbye to your package. The delivery service can't do anything as Ecoparcel controls the flow, and Ecoparcel says they can't do anything. They take days to respond to messages and there is no clear outcome but just vague solutions. Worst experience ever.
I did not get my parcel yet when it's showing that it's in the parcel shop. I can only take when you send me an SMS with the code. Your customer care is unresponsive.
