Among good things - my pallet arrived last Friday, and all my belongings are fine. Among the things to improve - definitely, client service! There was a mess in communication during the pickup that made me feel nervous and abandoned as I spent several hours waiting for a call without any updates, plus the managing director didn't react at all to my direct messages on LinkedIn and email. 3 - Satisfactory

Bár háztól-házig lett megrendelve és kifizetve a csomag kézbesítése ez nem történt meg. El kellett érte menni csomagmegőrzőhöz. Ami azért volt rossz mert a csomag 13 kg volt. Ezt haza cipelni nem egyszerű volt. Sajnos a csomagban megsérült egy üveg hiába volt jelezve hogy törékeny van benne. A futár kedves, gyors, pontos segítőkész volt.Gyorsan odaért Lathiba csak sajnos nem a pontos címre.
