Package arrived at destination with a considerable delay (several weeks later) which lead to the deterioration of the contents. There’s no way to get an accurate update from the delivery company. I’m sorry for this harsh feedback but this is not the way to do business and treat your customers. We deserve better services, for sure!
They missed the pick up date by 2/3 days, the customer support was pretty unprepared and didn´t help at all. It took the parcel 7 days to arrive to destination, but considering the price, it´s ok. The service can be improved
