Service is very good, website is not that good, it has bugs

The delivery was fast but the packages were handled carelessly, judging by the damage to some of the items inside. And this happened despite everything being wrapped in protective packaging material.
Best parcel delivery service ever! I've used Ecoparcel multiple times while moving between countries in Europe, often over long distances, and their service has always been exceptional. I’ll definitely rely on them again in the near future. Highly recommend!
No sabía que se pueden enviar paquetes internacionales a un precio accesible y con ecoparcel me quedé sorprendida por bien. Eso sí tarda un poco en llegar por lo demás bien.

When it works it's amazing. When it doesn't... Worst customer support service ever. I have two parcels not delivered for over a month despite 6-7 working days delivery. When trying to resovle the issue with customer support it is limited in how can you contact them. When you finally manage to contact them you are limited to one text only and then have to wait for them to reply before sending another message despite second one being related to different parcel and different issue alltogether.
