Calidad precio son los mejores, ya he enviado varias cosas desde Italia hasta España y todo muy bien y rápido
Servizio puntuale e tutto ok. Uso spesso ecoparcel e mi trovo benissimo.
Debería haber llegado el 1 de enero y ha llegado hoy, servicio horrible
Le pongo una estrella por que es lo minimo que se puede poner. Mi paquete fue entregado supuestamente el viernes y YO NO HE RECIBIDO NADA. Me pongo en contacto con ellos y ni siquiera responden y dar el caso como “resuelto”. SON UNOS ESTAFADORES NUNCA NUNCA ENVIEIS NADA POR AQUI. GRACIAS POR QUEDAROS CON MI PAQUETE Y ROBARMELO.

It did arrive, although 6 days later than promised.
Transporation took 6 days
Collected package on December 19th with a 4 to 6 business days delivery. Today is 7th January and package has only delivered today. Extremely disappointing, as have used this service in the past with no such issue.

One of the main ferry routes to Ireland was temporarily closed because of severe storms nation-wide, which impacted our usual delivery schedule.
This means no goods are moved from/to Ireland nation-wide.
We understand the inconvenience these delays may have caused and sincerely apologize. Please rest assured that we have implemented workarounds to ensure that imports to Ireland are resumed. Our operations are back on track, and we are doing everything possible to expedite outstanding deliveries.
