The entire process was flawless from order and pick-up to delivery, and all of this was right before the winter holidays, which makes it even more impressive. We had one more shipment about a month ago, that was problematic due to collection issues with a specific GLS office in France, but this time around, everything went very smoothly. Goes to show that even though the process can be 100% efficient on ecoparcel platform, which it always is, it can still be ruined by one single person in a delivery company doing an extremely poor job. Thankfully this time, it was not the case!

Esta vez muy mal. Pague por una fecha de recogida, nadie vino. Me puse en contacto y no sé ni la excusa. Después estuve esperando más de una semana a que alguien contactara conmigo para la recogida y nada. Hasta que no cancele el pedido no se pusieron a trabajar. Entiendo que en diciembre tienen más carga de trabajo, como el resto de servicios pero hay que estar a la altura al menos en cuanto al servicio al cliente y avisar de los retrasos. Además cobrar 6€ por cancelación cuando nadie a venid a buscar nada ni te han contactado me parece absurdo.
