They said it would come in 6 days, it came in 13. I tried to open a ticket about it and they had the audacity to close the ticket without replying. no refund for this type of behaviour and disservice.

No vinieron a por el paquete. Lo reportaron como ausencia pero yo estuve todo el día en casa para poder atender la recogida del paquete. Fue muy difícil la comunicación con la IA, sin interacción humana, así como el proceso de cancelación y actualmente la solicitud de reembolso sin cargos por servicio no realizado, que aún no he conseguido resolver. Atención nula. Muy desesperante.
