GXKDK9 Many shipments have always gone well, but when a problem arises, there's no help and you're left alone. This shipment was delivered to the BRT point and sent by them to LDV, it's been on the way since the 10th, with no updates! Where is it? Why isn't it updated? I opened a ticket and no one responded to analyze the problem.
