Always Ecoparcel, is the best way to delivery something. Great!

I used the service to have an item delivered to me in Italy from a shop in Paris. I was satisfied with the service: although the first collection was cancelled and I was refunded and had to book another collection with another number. It was cancelled because the service was so fast to pass the data on to the carreer that the carreer contacted the shop by telephone before I myself had a chance to contact the shop via mail to let them know I had organized for a carreer to pick the item up, so the shop replied they had no instructions from me to leave the item in the hands of a carreer. Other from that the second shipment went very smoothly and quite quickly.

Five parcels sent via ecocrap, three of them went missing after the first depot. I emailed them once a day to try and get a status update on my parcels, i've received two replies in 4 weeks time, neither reply from the "customer service" had anything of note in them. Well, except for the comment that "two parcels have arrived" like 2/5 would somehow make me happy. Parcels are still missing, and no reply from their "customer service", and suddenly the ticket gets closed for no reason what so ever. This company is without a sliver of a doubt the absolute worst company i've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I'd stay as far away as possible from this company.

Not sure if it's due to the cheaper price - but I experienced a long delay with my parcels, and had to literally solve the delivery problem myself! The customer service was merely helpful - after I notified them that the contact number was registered wrong, they said the courier had been notified and I should allow more time for delivery. Later on I received more auto-notices saying delivery problem due to wrong address, while my address is correct, and the only thing wrong was the phone number that I had changed. So this happened 3 times - delivery failed due to wrong address, and the customer service had no phone number, also unable to provide the local courier's number! In the end, my boyfriend drove to the local delivery center to ask about the parcels, and was shocked to learn that the parcels had been there for one week! And they had no idea that the contact phone number should be changed, after all those emails I sent!!! Finally I got my parcels because my boyfriend insisted to get the phone number of the exact delivery man! It was an upsetting experience, I would absolutely choose another company to save all these troubles next time!

It was suggested I use this company to send a parcel from Spain to the UK so I booked and paid using their webpage service - no other option available. Order placed last week on Thursday with an online assurance of collection on Friday. After waiting in all day - no collection happened so I emailed customer service - no other option available. I got a reply from Melissa in customer services with an apology saying she would contact the courier and my parcel was re-scheduled for collection on Monday - obviously no service over the weekend. This immediately meant my parcel was not going to get to the UK quickly. So, after waiting all day on Monday - still no collection - I looked at my order status on their website and found a message which read "Collection problem - Lack of time" and it was timed at 10:26 am!!! I had wasted another day and no apologies from Ecoparcel.eu. Having now read Trustpilot reviews which show shabby and untrustworthy service - I have cancelled my order and requested a refund - I am going to send my parcel by a reputable and reliable company. I will report back on Trustpilot to update on how swiftly my refund appears - watch this space. UPDATE I have now received my refund and it was returned to me very swiftly - certainly nothing to complain about my customer service experience. My case was dealt with by Melissa who I must say paid total attention to my complaint and was very polite and helpful. I hope Ecoparcel promote her from trainee very soon. I just wish they were able to work with reliable courier services!

My item was picked up on Tuesday and delivered the next Monday. Fast, recommended.
