Good price, delivered on the estimated time. I don't give 5 stars because my box was broken and then taped over by the delivery company. Luckily there were no fragile content and nothing was missing. Highly recommended.
Fast, but destroyed my box´s
My parcel was outbound from Italy and inbound and outbound from Germany within 3 days, then I completely lost track of it for 10 days. I contacted the service center (which is supposed to get back to you within 24 hours) and they answered me the day after saying "I will look into it!". Then I haven't heard from them either for the next 5 days. My package was sent the 27th of february and I got it on the 12th of march. I can understand delays and whatever, I cannot understand not having track of my parcel for over a week and being ignored.
