Two days for pick ups and the fact that you have to wait all day is quite inconvenient

I recently used Ecoparcel for a shipment from Spain to Poland, and I am very satisfied with the overall experience. Finding a reliable cross-border courier can be stressful, but Ecoparcel handled it smoothly. What went well: Door-to-Door Convenience: The driver picked up the parcel right from my doorstep, which saved me a lot of hassle. On-Time Delivery: The package arrived in Poland exactly on the scheduled date. No delays or "lost in transit" issues. Simple Process: The booking system was straightforward and easy to navigate. Room for Improvement: If I had to offer one piece of constructive criticism, it would be regarding the pickup window. Currently, the window is quite broad (essentially the entire day). It would be great if Ecoparcel could offer more specific slots—such as a "morning" or "afternoon" option—to avoid having to wait at home all day. The Verdict: Excellent value for the price and high reliability. I would definitely use them again, especially for international shipping within Europe!

Great service but with all money I spend so often I'd like to have some discount.

I bought a free cancellation of the parcel. I had to reschedule the pickup and cancelled my first request. Received the confirmation, that cancellation was done. Then it appeared, that I had to open a claim to return my money with a bought service and correctly done cancellation. And within like 5 days of cancellation, while they only processed it several days. I tried to open the dispute two times, but was rejected by internal directives. Pure financial fraud. It is a pity - I have no time and desire to sue ecoparcel.

Quick, easy to site, competive pricing, all info and labels were just as they should have been.
