I didn't receive any notification about the package had been sent. It's supposed to be sent in 2-4days, but after 7days I didn't get any notification. I think it will be better to give notification wether package has been sent. Thanks.

And believe Me I Have Seen Many First Of All They Never Allow You To Ship Electronic Goods But They Take The Money For The Extra Insurance Anyway However If Something Happens And Your Parcel Gets Lost Or Stolen Then They Refuse To Pay Compensation Thats The First Indication How Dishonest The Company Is Okay They Mention That In Their Small Print That They Take No Responsibility For Electronics But Only There And Nowhere Else Most People Use Shipping Companies To Send Electronics And All Other Companies Allow To Send Electronics Anyhow What I Have Experienced With This Wanna Be Courier Service Is The Worst I have Experienced So Far First The Courier Service Came And Collected The Parcel From My Address - It Was BRT Who Collaborates With Ecoparcel Afterwards They Claimed That They Didnt Received The Parcel At All I Have Contacted Ecoparcel And Explained All This - They Promised To Take Care About It But Nothing Happened One Day Later The Receiver Of The Parcel Has Called Me And Told Me That The Scammer BRT Is Demanding About €30 From Her To Release The Parcel And She Has Send Me Even A Photo From The Invoice I Thought At Least Now They Cant Claim Anymore That They Never Received The Parcel I really Was Thinking That With This Proof I Could Get Definitely Help From Ecoparcel But What They Did Was A Real Nightmare I have Contacted Them And Explained Everything I have Even Send The Photo That Shows The Invoice From Courier However They Promised To Contact BRT And To Solve The Problem Very Fast Day After Day Has Past but Nothing Happened The Customer Who Suposed To Receive The Parcel Called Me Everyday And Asked For The Parcel I Tried To Contact Ecoparcel But They Played Dead It Was Absolutely Not Possible To Get A Response From Them And They Even Tried To Block My Account So That I Cant Contact Them Anymore After 4 Days I Gave Up To The Illusion That They Would Ever Respond Long Story Short - Dont Trust This Company Because You Can Ve 100% Sure That They Will Not Care About You If Something Happens And If You Come Ever To Italy DONT USE BRT Because They Are Realy The Worst Of The Worst You Might Think Well There Are Some Good Reviews About Ecoparcel So They Cant Be That Bad I Can Assure You They Will Not Hesitate To Misuse Your Trust And You Will Bear The Full Consequences If Something Goes Wrong And The First Thing What They Will Do Is To Ignore You Completely I hope Nothing Happens If You Use Their Service But If Yes Then You Will Loose Everything For Sure Its An Unprofessional Company With People Who Only Lie, Make Promises They Never Intend To Keep And Ignorants Who Care Only About Them Self And The Courier Companies With Whom They Work With They Will Do What Ever They Can To Protect Their Couriers Even They Try To Steal Money From You By Demanding Extra Payment From The Recipient Though You Paid For The Shipment Already

the package for Belgium, J6AEMZ, has been well delivered. For the other one to Poland, WKA4NY01, I don't see any movement after a week since its collection!

Waited for two days for the parcel to be collected. The courier never came! "Lack of time" was the justification given... No phone number to call or any other way to get in touch with the local collector. Since I could not just stay put another day at home waiting for Godot, I decided to cancel the order. Hope that at least the refund will work...

I am still waiting for the courier to come picking up my boxes. I am waiting till yesterday, no calls from the courier and no reply from the customer service. I need my boxes to be collected asap. I will not recommend to anyone to use your services since the assistance is the worst I never had in my life and there is no way to contact you directly. If till this night nobody contacts me, I will request a refund and for sure continue to put bad reviews on you.
