Excellent service from start to delivery. I sent a parcel from Sweden to France, the pickup was on time and it was delivered to my sister today. It took four days from pickup in Sweden to safe delivery to France. Excellent service and the best priced that I could find. I would definitely use them again

As I had never used your Company before I was apprehensive, as to how it would work, and how efficient your staff would be. I did not need to worry at all though, as your service once collected was excellent, and the info., was readily available through your track and trace. I did not expect this to arrive as fast as it did, so well done to all involved, and will definitely use you again, as you are more competitive than my previous Company, and you have saved me £10 on this delivery. Thanks a lot.

After 12 days still waiting for a package send from Ireland to The Netherlands...... ridiculous!!! Worst I have ever experienced with parcel delivery.

I read the negative, but ordered a delivery to Germany ...bearing in mind I live in the middle of nowhere , it was picked the following day and delivered two days after . And for less than half the cost of Le Poste. Superb .

Quick and cheap, so exactly what I needed. The package went from door to door, so I didn't need to worry about anything. Placing the order was easy. The package reached me in good state. Would recommend the company to my friends :).

Terrible customer service, the last week a was in my home two days stuck, nobody came. Ih cancelled orders and open a new ones three days ago, first order i got information parcel prepared for collection, second order no information. The collection should be today but nobody came.

He enviado otras veces con Ecoparcel y no había tenido problema, pero en el último envío tuve problemas tanto a la recogida como a la entrega. Tuvimos que llevar el paquete a la oficina de mensajería porque no conseguimos acordar la recogida con el mensajero y nadie contestaba a nuestros mensajes para pasar a recogerlo al día siguiente y a la entrega me dejaron el paquete en el centro comercial mas cercano a casa. Yo pago por un servicio de entrega puerta a puerta, con lo que no entiendo por qué , si no estoy, en vez de regresar al día siguiente me dejan el paquete en otra dirección, con lo que tengo que molestarme yo en ir con mi coche y en mi tiempo a recoger el paquete. Lo peor es que no hay un teléfono de contacto y el contacto de la web no funciona correctamente, con lo cual no sabes si han recibido tu petición. Muy mejorable, a mi entender, sobre todo la comunicación entre Ecoparcel y las mensajerías con las que trabajan.
