That's a joke. No one showed up. And they're telling me that 2 out of my 3 parcels have been collected but not the 3rd one because I was absent. HOW could that make any sense?

ESTAFADORES, con mayusculas, desde el día 13 que empece con ellos a intentar enviar un paquete, y despues de intentar contactar con ellos. Sigo con mi paquete en casa y con mi dinero en su bolsillo. Me lo reintegran en mi balance con su empresa, pero no en mi cuenta, porque despues de tantos días y de iniciar mi pedido por dos veces más, sigo sin que nadie aparezca a retirar el pedido, dudo que lo hagan. y para colmo, solo se contacta con ellos por pagina web, y responden cuando les viene en gana, desde luego no en las 24h que dicen en sus términos. La empresa que ponen al lado de tu pedido asm, que no se si es o no la que se hace cargo del reparto y recogida, otros impresentables, no cogen el teléfono y los correos responden. No tenemos su pedido hable con ecoparcel. Un bucle del que no se como salir.

My box arrived today at it's destination and a plastic bottle had cracked and had leaked all over the other items in the box. The box must have been badly handled or thrown to cause this. Not happy as it distroyed most items in the box.

Correct, fast, understandable

I did ship 2 times with ecoparcel: first a 30 kg box from Italy to Czech republic that got lost: for a loss of 300 euro. After 5 months of complaining the only thing they refund me was the shipping costs. So i "tryed" to ship again with them, an other 30 kg box from Italy to Czech: this time arrived without problems in one week. I'm still not sure about their reliability.
