Honestly couldn’t fault it. Seamless ordering online, followed by quick collection and delivery to Spain within 4 days. Have already ordered another parcel for delivery and will definitely use again in future!

the worst courier on earth, avoid at all cost!!!!

Ho avuto problemi solo con la comunicazione via mail, per telefono non e' possibile, avevo bisogno di comunicare il nome presso la quale consegnare il pacco( noi abbiamo omesso per errore) , ho risolto contattando Gls Italia , era una consegna per Praga. e mi ha dato il numero del coro corrispondente in Praga, via Mail non ho risolto. Tutto l'altro bene, il pacco e' arrivato integro ed il prezzo del trasporto e' assolutamente concorrenziale.

Esperienza da dimenticare principalmente per colpa del corriere partner GLS. Ho spedito dei pacchi dalla Slovacchia all'Italia e il ritiro è stato differito per più giorni falsamente addossato a me la colpa. È avvenuto solo dopo giorni di chiamate e insistenze anche direttamente al corriere. Dopo la partenza e 3 giorni di viaggio I pacchi sono rimasti fermi per 7 giorni in Austria, poi irrintracciabili fino al giorno prima della consegna. Operatori di Gls Italia molto scortesi. Consegna avvenuta in 10 giorni anziché i 3-5 previsti. Esperienza sgradevole.

The pick up/delivery was smooth and into the expected time frame - however, I received the confirmation of the pick up over 24 hours later and never received the confirmation of the drop off, was for a gift so I couldn’t really let the receiver when it was gonna arrive. I’ve emailed the currier provide but they never replied.

Very good send in time

i sent 3 box from denmark to italy 6/12/2017 until now (12/12/2017) i received only 2 boxes....

Really bad experience. Starting on order the delivered, after fill up.all forms before paying they sent to log in, after that pay increased £8. Order done 2-4 days, after 7 days no package received, try to contact customer service, it doesn't exist for ecoparcel, contact asm company who deliver the package. Aparently still in.Spain and gave me a number to call myself, no answer in whole day, sent family to warehouse next day, package left after 8 days, after 11 days no news about it, call again, it is in uk but they don't know when it will be delivered, they said between 8 and 6, like u can be home all day. Courier never call. Really bad experience, never again. No possible to contact for refund, only by email and if you cancel the parcel. If u can avoid this company.
