Have been trying to get contact with their "claims department" without success. No answer. Sent two packages and both were seriously damaged on arrival.

Surprised how low the price for the service I got. Nice.

Everything went smoothly!

They have lost my packages and refuse to tell me anything. Ive been waiting my package for about a week and a half now. Im never using this company again. I prefer to pay more but getting my stuff.

My Parcel was lost. Despite writing to customer services many times for 18 days i did not receive any status update on website. Final i was notified that there appeared to be a problem with labels. Another couple of days later finally i was notified that the parcel was lost. Customer service is extremely unhelpful and not responding. There is no telephone number to escalate the matter. I filed for refund 2 months ago and have not received anything yet, again, customer service not answering any emails. They are clearly breaking their T&C' which states refund takes 30 working days ....

Nachdem unsere Pakete bereits nicht am versprochenen Tag abgeholt wurden, ohne Anruf, wurde uns mitgeteilt, es gaebe die Abholadresse nicht. Dies ist nicht der Fall. Eine einfache Terminvereinbarung fuer einen neuen Abholtermin war nicht moeglich. Wir mussten komplett neu bestellen, also auch nochmal Labels ausdrucken etc. Erneut verschob sich die Abholung um einige Tage. Bei der Auslieferung gab es erneut die Info, die Lieferadresse sei falsch, dies stimmte erneut nicht. Letztendlich wurden die Pakete gaenzlich falsch ausgeliefert! Ein Paket sollte von Spanien nach England geliefert werden und kam in Deutschland an, das andere von Spanien nach Deutschland und es kam in England an! Die Menschen, die die Pakete annahmen, waren NICHT in der Lieferadresse erwaehnt. Seit mehr als einem Monat versuche ich nun schon das Geld fuer den NICHT erhaltenen Service erstattet zu bekommen. Mal kommt keine Antwort, mal eine komplett unkompetente. Ich habe noch nie einen so MIESEN Service erlebt. Nutzt auf KEINEN Fall dieses Unternehmen!!! Mehr konnte nicht schiefgehen! Eine einzige Frechheit!!!

What could be improved is the collection and delivery time of the parcel. A time frame from 8am till 6pm is rather long period, I guess it would be nice if it would be possible to receive some kind of message a short time before they arrive to collect or deliver the parcel. Other than that I had really good experience with Ecoparcel. I send twice already big moving boxes from Denmark to the Netherlands. One time it took around two weeks and the other time it took two days. I guess it is important to be prepared that it will not always be fast, but eventually it is going to arrive. When I was able to stay home to wait for the delivery also not for the second try of the delivery it was simply dropped at a close by locations from where I was able to pick it up. I also was able to select this pick up station myself. Which was in the beginning not really clear to me but after doing some research on the website of Ecoparcel it turned out to be really easy. The second time the driver called me and left it in front of my door. All in all I would recommend Ecoparcel. I think it is a very nice option to send bigger items from country to country and the price is really good!

My packed arrived with over one month delay despite being in the warehouse. They didn't reply to any of my queries via email. By the time it arrived I had already given up and had in fact already bought replacement presents. Would not recommend it.

Caution !! Have not you a receipt left on your stuff that you send with them you will not get a cent on how damaged your things are !! NOT using them again !!

My parcel arrived three days late, and the box was opened. Some of the items were food and it was just spread all over the box. I really do not reccomend it. Is worth to pay a bit more but go into another company.
