Parcel delivered

Provided the best price for a large parcel to be transported from Spain to Denmark. GLS was their chosen courier and the parcel arrived on time and undamaged.

We arranged the shipment of a box to the UK from Rome to addressees who were WAITING for it. When it had not arrived after way too long, we were forced into a ridiculous amount of correspondence with "customer service" people - no number to call, no human contact, no response to our efforts to engage - after we were told the courier attempted to deliver and the package was refused. LIES! The order disappeared from the tracking radar after pickup in Rome so no way to verify this "story". The package was eventually found in deposit and returned to us. Full disclosure: we were reimbursed the Ecoparcel charge but NOT the cost of the Italian courier return charge within Italy (MORE than the Ecoparcel charge). Our efforts to get reimbursement have NEVER been answered. NONE of this was necessary if the firm had simply reimbursed us, admitted their mistakes, written off their costs as the cost of running a business and I would be writing an entirely different review. BEWARE! There is no way to engage with this business if something goes wrong and you have to pay.... I have come back in to add that I totally understand the review following mine - very similar story, you have my sympathy. And I have the distinct impression that many of the short, sterling reviews are fabricated...not at all hard to do these days.

This is the worst delivery company I have ever used. Their website says any enquiry will be answered in 24h. NOT TRUE Package cannot be tracked and if they try to deliver your parcel they don't even leave a note to let you know that they have been there. You cannot call them to any number. They ask for your telephone number but I don't know why because I provided 2 different ones and they never contact you! I have been waiting nearly a month for My parcel. Fist I was told my address was wrong, and it wasn't (I even wrote the address in each side of the parcel) Secondly, they tell me they are going to try to deliver it again one day, I ask a family member to wait at home all day and no one tried to deliver it. And then without giving me any information they try to deliver it the next day apparently -anytime between 8am and 6pm- People has lives and they cannot be everyday waiting at home 10 hours!!! So wasn't received. They don't even leave a note saying they have been there or where you can collect the delivery from or even a telephone to ring.nothing Lastly, Days after I suddenly I get an email saying my parcel was received by the consignee... But It wasn't. I contacted customer service and I was told it was received but that they will check what happened. GUESS WHAT? Never heard anything else back from them. A week after I decide to contact them, then I am told that the box is going to be returned to the sender!!! A MONTH LATER AND THEY SEND THE PARCEL TO THE SENDER. They really wasted my time. I still don't know what happened with my package. Still waiting for it! I would not recommend anyone to use this company. There are lots of delivery companies even cheaper that do a MUCH BETTER JOB with better communication. I wish I would have known this before.

I'd like to have a minimum customer service. Sent an email and got no answer, almost 1 week later. Anyway, the package arrived in time.

Ecoparcel charged my credit card 3 times for one single order. Wrote to customer service several times, and no asnwer for 5 days. After one week they have refunded me 1 time !! They should have refunded me 2 times ! Package cannot be tracked, no order status under My Order list on their website ! So how they charged me if I do not have a order ??? No phone number to call, customer service is very bad ! Do not use it !! Just think about it ?? You cannot call, you cannot complain if anything happens ! I still do not know what happened with my package !! Today, I got a answer as you can read here on Trustpilot from a so called laura at ecoparcel.eu. Well that is very shady explanation of her, because i have sent 4 times pictures of my bank statment. Too bad it is not possible to upload photos here, I would upload the bank statment showing 3 times charged the same day, same time, same amount and the Ecoparcel webpage, showing you everybody that there is no order history. Wow !! This si how Ecoparcel makes money ?? Ripping people off and then one has to communicate trough Trustpilot !! DO NOT USE Ecoparcel !! Trust me on my word ! You might pay a little bit more, but you have a company who you can call and arrange if there would be any problem. Your package and money is important !! Isn*t ???

Everything works as written. Tried for 2 times and I would not hesitate to use it again.
