La peor experiencia con envíos que he tenido nunca. He enviado 4 cajas de Polonia a España han llegado rotas y en muy mal estado todas las cajas y con cosas rotas en el interior y seguramente se ha perdido algo. Encima intentas poner una reclamación y no te deja. Que a nadie se le ocurra usar esta horrible web.

Thank you for reaching out. Upon reviewing the photos taken of the parcels on the sorting conveyors at our depot, we did not observe any visible damage to the boxes. As a result, we are unable to move forward with your claim at this time.
Additionally, we have checked our communication records and cannot find any prior messages or inquiries from you.
To help us investigate this matter further, could you please send us clear photographs of your parcel showing any damage or issues? Once we receive these images, we will be happy to begin a more detailed review.

I’m very happy with the service provided by Ecoparcel. I had accidentally left my AirPods case in Dubrovnik, and thanks to Ecoparcel, I was able to get it safely delivered to Berlin without any hassle.
Despite the distance and cross-border delivery, the process was smooth. What impressed me most was the affordability — compared to other big courier companies, Ecoparcel offered a much more budget-friendly option without compromising reliability.

It was a terrible experience! A 10k worth package was travelling from Austria to Germany in a neverending loop and I could reach no one to help me out. Never again. After 14 days it was finally delivered—a very stressful experience.

• The pallet was collected on May 23, 2025, and arrived in Austria on May 28, 2025.
• The consignee only accepted the pallet on June 5, 2025, at 10:00 AM in Premstätten, AT.
Regarding your recent inquiry, you initially spoke with our first-line support team. Since you requested to escalate the matter to a supervisor, we forwarded your case accordingly. A member of our escalation team responded to you within 24 hours. Please note that only first-line support offers live chat.
Once an issue is escalated, it is handled by our specialised reply team, which does not operate via live chat but ensures a more comprehensive review and response.
