I strongly advise against using this service. My experience has been a circular nightmare of poor logistics and even worse customer support. My package was essentially "lost" in transit for more than two months. It never reached my doorstep. Instead, it was simply returned to the origin address. When I reached out to resolve the issue, I was met with a complete lack of accountability. Customer service refused to issue a refund, claiming the request was "out of time." The logic is completely flawed: • I couldn't file a complaint earlier because the package was officially marked as "in transit." • By the time the package was returned and the failure was confirmed, they claimed their internal window for help had closed. The service is unreliable and ineffective.It is incredibly difficult to get in contact with a human being, and once you do, they are unhelpful. They do not provide the service you pay for and use their own shipping delays as an excuse to pocket your money. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

After reviewing your case again, we recognized that the shipment — which had been processed over three months ago — was not handled appropriately. While refunds at this stage (once the parcel flow is considered completed, even if returned) are not typically issued, a human error occurred in this instance.
As a result, we have made an exception and issued a full refund.
We are also addressing this internally to improve our processes and prevent similar situations in the future. Thank you for your patience, and we’re sorry for your experience.
