Servizio terribile, non lo raccomando a nessuno! Ho spedito due pacchi dal Belgio all'Italia in data 6 febbraio e, mentre uno dei due è arrivato senza problemi, non ho ancora avuto notizie per quanto riguarda il secondo. Il servizio clienti può essere contattato solo via mail, le risposte arrivano dopo giorni di attesa e non forniscono alcuna informazione utile. Mi era stato assicurato che il pacco sarebbe stato rispedito al mittente ieri e invece nulla. A quanto risulta dal sito il pacco è stato ripetutamente spostato tra il Belgio e l'Italia senza mai essere consegnato. Non sono ancora riuscita ad avere alcuna spiegazione relativa al motivo di questo ritardo imperdonabile, e sono giorni che non ricevo risposta alle mie email.

It's easy to book, collection is quick and I never had a problem!

Everything went great, except that I had to wait for a few hours... It would be great to have an app saying when the courier will pass by.

I was not very happy with the service. It took longer than the time mentioned to have my boxes delivered and when it arrived it was missing one. It arrived eventually after a few days. However, support is very slow, the agents are nice and very polite but it takes a week for them to reply a message to us. They need to keep in mind that are people's personal belongings and we can get a bit anxious if we have no idea where our things are and no reply from support does not help. I don't think I will try this service again.

Is not the first shipment with this company, always packages arrived at destination, without missing items and safely. I recommend with confidence to all, who want to send safely and cheap parcels.

tragedia, nie mają działu obsługi kilenta albo ich dział jest najgorszym na świecie. więc jesli cos jest nie tak to nie ma szans na rozwiazanie problemu. 4 miesiace temu zaginęła moja paczka. ecoparcel milczy. spamuje ich mailem z pytaniem gdzie moje pieniądze z ubezpieczenia i zero odpowiedzi. telefon znaleziony cudem w necie jest głuchy. Na facebooku zero odpowiedzi. zreszta o nich złe opinie krążą w necie. aż dziwne że ta firma jest jeszcze na rynku.

Have been sending packages with them for a while just because they are cheap. There has always been problems with collection. Delivery taking ages. But today they crossed a line and I will NO LONGER USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY! My package from Spain to Poland was sent 10days ago, today I got a message that if I don't pay extra 70euro it will not be delivered and will be returned back to Spain. They suddenly decided that our package is too big even though for the last months I have been sending packages EXACTLY the same size (complying with the size given on their website) DHL would work out cheaper and WAAAAAAAYYYY FASTER. DO NO'T USE THEM. they will either loose your package, won't collect it or charge you extra for no reason.
