This is a super-convenient, not so expensive and under-rated delivery service, I was happy they had a courier come in to pick up the parcel, I just had to prepare the parcel (following the instructions in the email they send you right after you've placed the order). only thing is they don't specify the pickup time so you kinda just have to wait with your parcel, from 8:00am to 6:00pm. don't worry about the labels, the courier guy puts it himself and also gives you a receipt label for reference (so you can track your parcel). In my case it said it'd reach in 1-3 days, but it took 4 days in total. I'm happy with this service and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a delivery service within the EU

I've received my parcel from Italy and I was so happy as I used to receive my parcel very damaged and few items were broken, so I will use eco parcel all he times now!

Good service, only the pickup was delayed a bit due to the fact that courier was busy and could not find the adress. Once package was picked up it arrived within 3 days from Ireland to Netherlands

Great service

Took day of from work to be able to receive parcel on a Friday, this was decided on a Wednesday. Delivery company call me Friday afternoon and ask what day I want it delivered, and says that they cant do it Friday. NO way to contact them, they don't answer questions and issues stated in tickets, just puts it as solved so you cant continue the ticket.
