Ecoparcel was an excellent option. Cheaper than others and really easy to handle, without unnecessary complications. The only thing that I must say is that the service took longer than expected. But I wasn't in a hurry, so it was okay to wait for an extra day or two.

Good service- never expected the staff to carry my parcel from the door since it's second floor without a lift; but they did help me : D it reached the destination very fast

The only downside is the pick-up- and delivery hour. They do not always call and with the economic option might force you to take a day off from work. But service was quick and everything arrived in good state

Fast delivery but the package was damaged on the side. Looked like it was torn or cut open (hard to say if it was an accident or on purpose by maybe the customs)

The experience was great, it wasn't excellent because we were waiting for the pick up all the morning and finally they arrived at 19.00 when its said that the pick up time is between 8-18. In any case, they were sending emails in every moment with the details of the trip and it arrived really fast. I am happy with ecoparcel since it's the first time I used it and I find huge differences with other companies. I recommend it.

User-friendly website, quick delivery and excellent prices. Internal communication wasn't that great as the carrier came by motorbike thinking he only needed to pick up an envelope whereas we were sending five 15-kilo parcels. Luckily, it only took him a few minutes to sort everything out.
