Great service except my parcel was collected a day early

Good service. Spain to Italy with GLS in 5 days. Recommended.

As long as I am using ecoparcel my life became so much easier without bringing my luggage all the way from airports to the places I am staying that moment. I never had nothing to complain about company, even I have any question they are responding immidiately. Moreover, I always recomend it to my friends or people who have any doubts how to send their parcel, already some of them are using and are satisfied like me :)

Have been using ecoparcel for few times and it always goes without flaws. Good value for money.

Good experience for a fair price. Packages were delivered in good condition, with little waiting time. Easy communication with parcel deliverers. Only minus was that I had to use Paypal instead of my Visa credit card, for no explained reason.

The delivery was made quickly from the Netherlands to Spain, arriving both packages in perfect conditions. I would repeat without doubt!

They came in the morning, service perfect

Ecoparcel is very fast and reliable. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is that it usually takes them 48 hours to collect the parcel, it's not the next day after you order. I will keep using their services but need to keep in mind the delay in collection.

The worst possible service, I have to go about it to small claims court, such company should't be allowed to exist on market, courier refused to take parcel cos lazy, second approach, he came late, 90 percent of belongings lost in transport which took actually 10 days...no word about any refund for lost valuable personal items, absolutely scam,,,the only thing which is working is customer service but they have no idea about whats going on!!!!

Perfect !!! From Riga to Italy with 5 working days !! Recommended !!
