Fast service but not help in carting luggage to the van and it was not specified anywhere

Fast and well informed during delivery

I never received the parcel, but on "my orders" the parcel is marked as "Completed". After receiving a partial and unsatisfying reply from ecoparcel, I never heard from them again, and my emails are being totally ignored. I'll never use this service again

Quick delivery, would definitely use their service again!

Sloppy service Not given GLS parcel number. I needed to call GLS carrier to know my shipment status ! Negative feedback. Even this feedback website doesn't work : server internal erro0 (500)r. Sloppy !

My parcel is missing and you aren't replying to my requests to try and find where it is. Supposedly delivered 12 days ago to "Post Office" but no slip left are the delivery address and neither one of us informed which post office this might be that it was supposedly delivered to Now gutted that all my winter clothes are all missing :(

It was wonderful. I'd recommend the company to everyone. The package took 3 days, from England to Spain. It was collected at home and deliveried at home. Thank you to the good service.

I'm using ecoparcel for 3-rd time I would say that the things are getting better :) The only recomendation is to put the details of the delivery courier like tracking number or at least to point the courier in order to be able to get in contact with them.
