this is a SCAM noboday took my parcel, nobody answered my emails and they still have my money. I won't stop until I get my money back

Il pacco è arrivato con un notevole ritardo. La consegna è avvenuta dopo 10gg lavorativi invece di 3-5gg come scritto sul sito. La tracciabilità on-line un'po irregolare e confusa. Arrivavano segnalazioni solo ogni 2/3gg. D'altra parte il corriere alla consegna è stato molto gentile, si è annunciato con un'anticipo che ha permesso a destinatario di organnizarsi.

I have lost my parcel with this service, they do not call back, they do not refund anything, they have unreliable partners abroad that perform their service in unacceptable manner. I strongly do not advise to use this service, guys!

Great value service, I like that you can track your parcel throughout its journey. The only thing that could be improved is the timeframe given for collection and drop off. Knowing roughly which part of the day these happen at least ie. morning or afternoon, would greatly improve the service and customer satisfaction.

The packages arrived a lot faster than expected.(ire- ned) I didnt know that I had to put another box around my suitcase before i paid for it. That was annoying... But overall experience was good!
