The price was very competitive. Pick up was one day later than originally indicated at the time of booking. On the revised date of collection I received a call from the pick up agent and the parcel was traceable all the way from Ireland to France and delivered in a reasonable timeframe (3-5 working days) as communicated on their website - even though it was over the Christmas period. I would use these again for another pick up.

Nur drei von vier Paketen sind angekommen. Eines der Pakete wurde irgendwoanders hingeliefert und ich habe keine Ahnung was passiert ist, denn die vier Pakete hatten alle die gleiche Lieferadresse. Der Kundendienst reagiert nur selten und ist nicht zuverlässig. Ich warte auf das Geld meiner ersten Stornierung in Höhe von 117 EUR, auf diese Kundenanfrage wird überhaupt nicht reagiert. Sehr enttäuschendes Ergebnis, ich weiß auch nicht wie häufig das passiert, denn die Bewertungen sind im Allgemeinen gut. Ich hoffe, dass mehr Menschen ihre Beschwerden einreichen, damit dieser Service realistischer eingeschätzt werden kann.

Excellent service, will definitely use again. Package was delivered reasonably fast in spite of being sent just before Christmas.

They tell you yo be in on the day of collection but there is no calendar from which to choose a date. A very amature way of working. I've also been asked to change the postcode of pick-up or delivery.

Ho utilizzato Ecoparcel diverse volte. A parte questa volta, dove purtroppo c'è stato un ritardo a causa delle festività, sono sempre stati molto efficienti, veloci ed economici. Una piccola pecca purtroppo è la comunicazione con il customer care, quasi impossibile ed in ritardo. Per il resto assegno 4 stelle per il servizio, da anni ottima esperienza con loro.

My parcel has been marked as "delivered" but it was never received! Shipping address was a company with reception, and there is no name in the delivery name field on the Track and Trace. Who received it then? This is very serious: how would you EVER dare delivering a parcel to a company without signature / name of recipient! This makes me think to a fraudulent behavior. I dont mind if you take a day more or two for delivery, but how on earth can you miss the right address? Plus, without even indicating who you delivered to? Utterly unprofessional, and legally liable! This is a very suspicious accident, and will be enquired accordingly.

So very slow and still not delivered 5 data later

The guy of the delivery was really nice. Only the boxes were a bit damaged but everything inside is in perfect conditions.
