The parcel was delivered to a Parcelshop/Locker close by as the courier couldn't reach the consignee in Spain as a UK phone number was provided, instead of a local phone number.

Update: The parcel was collected by a consignee from the Parcelshop.
Vernünftiger Preis und vernünftige Lieferzeit. Das Paket kam auch unbeschädigt an.
The pick up company in Sweden is not punctual and they don't provide door to door service. They made me move all the boxes by myself from the 3rd floor to the street otherwise they wouldn't pick them up.

Not all locations are accessible to the public.
Courier collects parcels from the building door. A courier arrives at the premises and delivers to the premises.
Amazing service. Pick up was super easy and quick. The package was delivered in only six days from Portugal to Germany and is in perfect condition!
No assistance and the delivery was a week late and left me into troubles.

Good afternoon,
The parcel arrived in Germany on the third day, as the delivery address was incorrect - the parcel was stored in the warehouse, and emails to clarify the delivery address were sent to the consignee.
The parcel was delivered the next day as soon as we received an updated address.
Transporation took 4 days
i give you one star cos i can not give you zero. I paid for a 5 days delivery parcel and i got it in 12 days . i lose some goods on the way...they went off. No using this company again. Cheers...
