Wszystko ok. Przesylka dostarczona na miejsce, w zeszlym roku sledzenie przesylki bylo na wiekszym poziomie szczegolowosci, w tym roku, tych informacji jest znacznie mniej, co mozna poprawic.

Excellent service – highly recommended!
Everything went perfectly with my shipment through Ecoparcel. The collection took place on the exact day and within the indicated time slot, and the driver was very helpful.
The shipment, handled by GLS, was also made on the scheduled day and within the expected time frame, with the boxes delivered right to my doorstep.
5 out of 6 boxes arrived in excellent condition. One of the boxes was a little more damaged, but I believe this was mainly due to the quality of the box itself rather than the handling.
I have been using Ecoparcel for around 12 years and have always been very satisfied with their service. I would definitely recommend them and will continue using them in the future!

Conform verwachting afgeleverd. Pakket is op de aangegeven dag gearriveerd, heel blij mee en het pakket kwam in perfecte staat bij ons aan. Ook werd ik op de hoogte gehouden door GLS in dit geval, wanneer de doos was opgehaald en wanneer het werd afgeleverd. Zoals het hoort.

Excellent experience with Excellent and reliable deliveryEcoParcel. Excellent experience with EcoParcel. The delivery was fast, smooth and everything arrived safely and on time. Tracking was clear throughout the journey and the whole process was very easy. Very satisfied with the service and I will definitely use EcoParcel again.
