Pretty good this time around. but if anyone makes a mistake (me or them), i am the one who ends up paying. so, i'm glad that didn't happen this time around. delivered in 5 days. so i am satisfied this time around.

When the courier came to collect the package, he refused to come up to the apartment because he said I hadn't paid for the door-to-door service.

Worked great but I’m a bit frustrated because I made an error when writing the sender address (likely my fault), noticed it within minutes but because I didn’t pay for the option to allow me to edit the address I had to forfeit 6€ I’d suggest having a 1 hour grace period (some airlines do this) or a fee structure that makes sense with the physical reality (I’m fairly certain no courrier was on its way to get the package anyway). Otherwise I’m thankful for the opportunity to get a competitive price to ship door to door between private persons and between two distant countries, as the classic big courriers have nonsensical pricing in such cases edition few hours after posting as Ecoparcel replied: bumping the note from 4 to 5 because I felt legitimately heard <3.

The online experience is average. I didn't like being offered a price below €30 to begin with only to find it was over €40 after you had all my information. GLS never communicated with me. As the parcel was heavy I left it outside our gate for collection. There was no contact whatsoever and the parcel just disappeared during the afternoon with no idea who had it. I have still had no contact from GLS and I have to just presume that it has been delivered. I think you and they can do better..
