Really happy about the Ecoparcel. I order to send a package from Barcelona to Poland. They were very fast, the customer service was great and very helpfull, the price was really good and my package arrive to my parents within 5 working days! Definitely reccomend!:-)
My bags were not collected on the day they were supposed to, and I had to make some arrangements to be able to be two days in a row in the house the whole day.
Just a little problem with the collection but all the rest was good

Reported by end driver as address not found. Absolute rubbish and resulted in addressee having to make other arrangements for delivery. Very poor.
unable to track parcel, lack of communication from head office, parcel delivered after 7 days, had a different number on label than the one I was given when it was picked up hence the reason I could not track it
