I received the parcels after 8 days, a little bit slow, and I couldn't track them; but when I wrote to the customer service on facebook they replied in a few hours very kindly and precisely.

The company said that the parcel will be at my home between 2 or 4 days, it came in two weeks! And in very bad conditions, without box, all the things in a plastic bag, a lot of things damaged, one thing missing... I will never ever contract this company.

Plena formalidad cumpliendo con la fecha de recogida, y entrada, ciertamente de 3 a 5 días tardaron en entregar el paquete, y este llegó en perfectas condiciones.
