Dear Ecoparcel Two weeks ago I sent a parcel through your service. It arrived couple o days ago and was collected by my grandmother. Today I arrived to my country and took a look at the package. It was opened from the side and all my camera equipment was missing - stolen. Package was sent from Lisbon-Portugal, to Sanok-Poland. It was not easy to know about the parcel while it was on the way, so I could not keep updated. Everything else was very good. I got my parcel on the expected time.
This is my 5th package that i sent with Ecoparcel and everything was perfect! Never experienced any issue with them and i will use this service again!
This was the 5th time I have used ecoparcel and except for a bit of delays at Chrismas ( which happens with ANY courier at that time) everything went smoothly every time.

I have been using your website to send parcel almost 8years ago but this it was the last . I got my parcel after 15days waiting for it and because I decided to email you 4times in order to get the warehouse adress where it was , after few email they sent me the wrong adress and by myself I had to find it out where was.
