Started of think this firm ecoparcel.eu was the solution to my shipping problems. But found them incompetent they wrote the wrong information on the tracking several time confusing the carriers they were using. Changed the tracking to say the parcels were never collected a week after they had been and 2 out of five all to the same address delivered. And ended up losing over £600 worth of goods which that after more than 2 months have failed to recover a loss to me as I have had to replace and resend of more like 1200 GBP. They have also not refunded my credit balance or paid any "Insured" (ha ha ) compensation. I have obviously stopped sending through them and moved to a much better firm. The "London" address Address 71-75 Shelton Street Covent Garden WC2H 9JQ is a holding box office. Street walk it on Google map and they are in realty apparently base in Lithuania.
